Beer has long and striking history. It developed during centuries and changed turning into the real masterpiece of brewers. Some countries of the world even have monuments to this beautiful golden drink and to the most famous brewers.

 

Beer collections

When a great variety of something appears, at once a lot of people appear who start to collect it. And the same happened with beer. And if you noticed that the passion to bottles, labels, corks collecting appeared don't get scared, after all it is the natural interest of beer lovers. In childhood almost everybody collected something from disks to stamps. And the collection of beer and things connected with beer is immortal.

The citizen of the USA John Arens from New-Jersey collected 15 thousand different tins of beer and made the record. Well, I doubt that he drank all these tins of beer nevertheless the fact that he collected them was fixed in the book of records.

Another collector is Norwegian Yan Solberg who collected 348 thousand beer labels. The heroic Norwegian was the citizen of the city Oslo and said that there was no beer in Norwegian which he didn't taste.

The charitable club of Australia collected and sold the collection of 2502 full beer bottles and 103 tins of different beer labels made in different parts of the world. This collection was sold quickly during the auction for 25 thousand dollars.

David Maund from Great Britain collected only little and rare bottles of beer. He managed to collect 30 thousand rare bottles.

The citizen of Vienna managed to collect 149 stands for beer glasses. And this citizen doesn't drink beer at all.
